1. Who we are

2. What ELOVIYA is, and isn't
ELOVIYA is evidence-informed self-help for adults who want to understand and improve a relationship. It is not therapy, medical or psychological care, legal advice, or crisis support, and is not a substitute for a licensed professional. It does not diagnose you or anyone else and does not tell you whether to stay in or leave a relationship. Suggestions are general; use your own judgment, and stop any exercise that doesn't feel safe.
If you are in danger or thinking about harming yourself, contact local emergency services or a helpline on our safety page.
3. Who can use it
You must be 18 or older. You're responsible for keeping access to your device and email secure.
4. Your content
What you enter stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service to you, as described in the privacy policy. Don't enter other people's sensitive details; the check-in never needs them.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use ELOVIYA to monitor, control, harass or harm anyone, including a partner; to break the law; or to attack, scrape or overload the service.
6. Payments, trials and cancellation
- The check-in and your Map are free.
- Programs and membership, when available, show the price including applicable taxes before you pay. Trials remind you the day before any charge.
- Cancel in one tap at any time; membership stops at the end of the period you've paid for.
- If a charge surprised you, ask within 14 days for a refund. Consumers in the EU/UK keep their 14-day withdrawal right; if you ask us to start a program within that period you agree it begins immediately, and a partial refund may apply.
7. Our responsibility
We work hard to keep ELOVIYA accurate, available and safe, but provide it “as is”. We are not liable for relationship decisions or outcomes, or for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
8. Changes and ending
We may update these terms; if a change matters, we'll tell you before it applies. You can stop using ELOVIYA and delete your data at any time.
9. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan. If you live in the EU or UK, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country and may bring claims there. Grievances: Karan Bindal, hello@eloviya.com.
