About ELOVIYA

ELOVIYA helps one person understand what has changed in their relationship and try one small, specific thing about it. It starts with a free, private check-in. It doesn't tell anyone whether to stay or leave.

Who runs it

ELOVIYA is run by Nexivara, a sole proprietorship of Karan Bindal, based in Jaipur, India (GSTIN 08AWPPB6630G2ZH). Write to us at hello@eloviya.com; a person reads it.

What it is, and what it isn't

  • It is evidence-informed self-help: structured reflection and small experiments drawn from published relationship research.
  • It isn't therapy, counselling, a diagnosis or a crisis service, and it has no coaches.
  • If you don't feel safe, exercises aren't the right step: see support lines. If things feel too heavy to work on alone, see finding professional support.

How we write

  • The direct answer comes first, in plain words.
  • Every guide lists its sources. We cite research only for what it found, and we say “may” and “often” because that is what the evidence supports.
  • We don't label people, diagnose anyone, promise outcomes or give stay-or-leave verdicts.
  • Where our own product is compared with others, we say so on the page.
  • Each guide shows when it was last updated. Found a mistake? Tell us at hello@eloviya.com and we'll correct it.

What hasn't been reviewed yet

Guides and programs are written by the ELOVIYA team from published research. They haven't yet had an independent clinical review. When that changes, we'll name the reviewer here and on each page they've reviewed.

Many knots have a pattern behind them. Fear isn't one of them.
